Cardinal Rule LLC provides streaming video content, memberships, rentals, and streaming passes through Sailing Dark Angel and related services.
Because all products provide immediate access to digital content, please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Content Access
All products sold through Sailing Dark Angel provide time-limited access to streaming content only.
No ownership rights are transferred through memberships, rentals, streaming passes, or any other purchases.
Content may not be downloaded, copied, redistributed, shared, or resold.
Membership Subscriptions
Voyeur, Crew, and Navigator memberships are recurring subscriptions that provide access to membership content and benefits while the subscription remains active and in good standing.
Membership benefits and access may be removed immediately upon cancellation of a subscription.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for previous billing periods.
Episode Rentals
Individual episode rentals provide streaming access for 48 hours from the time access is granted.
Access periods begin when access is granted, not when content is first viewed.
Rental access expires automatically at the end of the rental period.
Season Streaming Passes
Season Streaming Passes provide streaming access to all episodes within the designated season for 365 days from the time access is granted.
Access periods begin when access is granted, not when content is first viewed.
Streaming Pass access expires automatically at the end of the access period.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of streaming access, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Technical Issues
If you experience a legitimate technical issue preventing access to purchased content, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
Duplicate charges or billing errors will be corrected promptly upon verification.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have been charged incorrectly.
Fraud, Abuse, and Unauthorized Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in cases involving:
Fraudulent transactions
Chargeback abuse
Account sharing
Unauthorized redistribution of content
Violations of our Terms of Service
